David Landy

MANAGING DIRECTOR
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, David Landy brings a wealth of experience to the company, having specialised for over 40 years in property management, rent review & lease renewal work and investment agency, primarily as a director of Lee Baron Ltd. He has appeared as an expert witness in Landlord and Tenant cases and has also represented clients at Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (First Tier Tribunal) hearings.
Away from Cedar Harp, David is a Trustee and Governor of a faith primary school and a Trustee of the Children’s Aid Committee, a charity supporting youth work.
Joe Ezekiel
BA (Hons)
SURVEYOR
Joe specialises in rent review and lease renewal work, and in the letting of commercial properties as well as managing his allocated portfolio of properties. He has also been involved in residential management and has experience in S.20 works and procedures.
Joe joined the company in 2020 as a Graduate Surveyor, having completed a RICS certified course at the University of Westminster, where he gained a First Class degree. He is currently completing the APC with the firm.
Ian James
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Ian James worked at Lee Baron Ltd. from 1998-2011, accruing substantial experience in the implementation of Health & Safety legislation.
He specialises in the management of multi let office buildings, and his work at Cedar Harp includes repair & maintenance issues, the handling of insurance claims, and working with clients / tenants / building managers / contractors to ensure the smooth running of the properties in our care.
Sudha Seshardri

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
After many years working successfully in both the property management and banking industries, Sudha Seshadri joined Cedar Harp at the beginning of 2015, tasked with running our Accounts Department.
She has a Degree in Commerce, Statistics and Law. She has great experience in using the Qube Property Management system and is responsible for updating data and setting up new management on the system and helping to ensure an accurate transfer of information on the taking on of any new management instruction.
Shipali Patel

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Shipali has a wealth of experience in property management. She worked for 12 years as an in-house residential property manager for a substantial private property investment group before working with Savills as a Department Coordinator.
Having joined Cedar Harp in January 2020 she has brought her experience to bear in organising and arranging major fire risk improvement works on a mixed-use property, working with the Fire Officer, Consultant Surveyors and the lessees to complete the required works even during the lock down and working with the difficulties of the Covid Pandemic.
