Our management covers an extensive portfolio across England, with current instructions located from the South Coast to the North East. The image below shows the geographical spread of our managed properties.
Within our present portfolio, we manage a Grade II listed office building in Victoria and two listed retail properties in York City Centre.
We understand the complexities attached to the management of blocks of flats and have experience organising large scale works to these properties, working closely with building surveyors, contractors, and local planning departments.
