Our core business is commercial and residential property management and we act as Managing Agents for a variety of property companies, private clients and charities.
Cedar Harp uses a Qube property management system, which is one of the major global property management programmes, to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing of Lessees and live time financial information on the properties it manages. The system also has an integrated diary system to ensure that all events relating to a property are recorded and actioned in good time.
The system enables invoicing of Tenants to be done via email, and we receive most of the invoices for the management of the properties on line as well. Correspondence is also done primarily by email, and virtually all payments by Lessees and to suppliers are made by BACS transfer.
We are regulated and monitored by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, offering our clients the protection and assurance that all aspects of our work are carried out to the highest professional standards
Cedar Harp holds professional indemnity insurance and are covered for up to £5,000,000 per claim.
